What upTake reads from LinkedIn Pages

upTake reads nothing from LinkedIn Pages: this connector only posts, and only when you press Send. When you connect, LinkedIn Pages gives upTake your name and an identifier, to post as you and to link to each post once it is out.

How to connect LinkedIn Pages

1. You need an upTake project first; creating one takes 5 minutes.
2. Click Connect on the Integrations page: a LinkedIn Pages window opens.
3. Sign in there and approve the access. upTake never sees your LinkedIn Pages password.

What you see afterwards

In Write, the post written for LinkedIn Pages gets a Send button: it shows you the post as it will appear, then publishes it with its tagged link as a preview, so the visits it brings are measured like any other post.

What upTake never reads

upTake never reads your messages, your contacts or your feed on LinkedIn Pages, and never posts on its own: only the drafts you send.

Whatever you connect, the IP addresses of your visitors are never stored, and the keys and accesses you give are stored encrypted and never sent back to your browser.

Good to know

You can disconnect LinkedIn Pages at any time from the Integrations page: upTake stops at once, and what was already imported stays in your project until you delete it. Your data is hosted in the European Union, and you can export all of it, or delete your account, from Settings.
