Use case
upTake for vibe coders
With an AI coding assistant you can ship an app in a weekend. Finding out which of your posts brought the first users is the part it does not do for you.
Marketing is not your job and you do not want it to become one. You want to know what worked, and what to do this week.
What upTake measures for you
- Visits from each place you share your link, with a short tag like yoursite.com/?ut=x.
- Signups and payments, tied back to the post behind the visit.
- What you ship: upTake reads your GitHub releases and merged pull requests, and writes announcement drafts for the features, each with its own tagged link.
- Moves to make each week, each one backed by your own numbers.
What it does not measure
- Your code: only release notes, pull request titles and commit messages are read, never files or diffs.
- You review your drafts. Direct sending and scheduling require a supported, available connector connected to your project. For other networks, copy the draft and publish it yourself.

Start with a change you shipped, review a post in Write, then follow its results. You decide what gets sent.
Connectors that help
- GitHubReleases become announcement drafts, each with its own tagged link.
- StripeReads payments with a restricted, read-only key.
- PPolarReads your orders.
- XImports your posts and their public counters.
- BlueskyImports your posts from your handle, no key needed.
- RedditA tag on your own link, no login.

What a week can look like Example
| Post | Visits | Signups | Paying customers | Revenue |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch post on X with a screen recording | 520 | 34 | 3 | $87 |
| Reddit post asking for blunt feedback | 910 | 58 | 6 | $174 |
| Changelog entry, not announced | 12 | 0 | 0 | $0 |
The feature nobody announced brought nobody. The one posted with a tagged link can be measured.
These figures are an example, invented to show what the table looks like. They are not a customer's results. Open the live demo to see a full example project.
